Order was made on the 8th of March, so some delays were expected, but not to such extent. Flowers didn’t arrive at agreed time. Hour after a deadline the delivery time was postponed by 3.5 hours. And they still didn’t manage to deliver it within this time. What was planned as a small gift on a holiday, turned into waste of time
