Very happy with the shop and the customer service. I was not sure about a product due to the photo provided before the delivery. They answered all my questions, suggested alternative product. Then took more photos of the original item on order. At the end it turned out to be better than expected while placing an order. Bonsai tree was delivered promptly, in a beautiful gift bag. With my printed message. I highly recommend this shop. The recipient was over the moon! I highly recommend this flower shop. Below is the reel for the product.
